Yumurtalık Lagoon Nature Reserve

Yumurtalık Lagoon Nature Reserve is a lake located in Adana Province on the Mediterranean Sea in southern Turkey. The reserve consists of Yumurtalık Lagoon and the surrounding lands in the delta of the Seyhan and Ceyhan rivers.
The lagoon provides a protected natural environment for plant and animal species, especially rare plant species. The Yumurtalık Lagoon Nature Reserve is home to two species of sea turtles, the green turtle, and the loggerhead sea turtle.
