Shada Mountain Reserve
Shada Mountain Reserve is a nature reserve located in the southwest of the Al Bahah Region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shada Mountain is an extension of the Hijaz Mountains, and it consists of highlands with basalt rocks, from which many valleys descend.
Among the most important trees of the reserve there are junipers and wild olives, in addition to many shrubs, herbs and grasses. As for the animals, the most important of them are the striped hyena, the Arabian leopard, the Arabian wolf, foxes and lynx.
