Tomorr Mountain National Park
Tomorr Mountain National Park is a national park located within the central and higher parts of the Tomorr mountain range in southern Albania. The diversity of geology and topography has resulted in a unique diversity of flora and fauna, with the park's forests consisting of species of deciduous and coniferous trees and a large variety of flowers.
Among the most important tree species in the park’s forests are European beech, Bosnian pine, Turkish hazelnut, and many others. The park is also home to many species of large mammals such as wolves, foxes, wild boars, deer, wild goats and rabbits, as well as birds such as golden eagles, owls and Eurasian sparrowhawk.
