Guembeul Natural Reserve
Guembeul Natural Reserve is a nature reserve located about 10 km south of the city of Saint-Louis in western Senegal. The park is home to many species of birds, reptiles, and mammals, in addition to being an important habitat for the African spurred tortoise and an important center for reintroduction programs for some species of gazelles within their natural habitats.
