Îles de la Madeleine National Park

Îles de la Madeleine National Park is a natural park consisting of two small islands located in the Atlantic Ocean west of Dakar in Senegal. The two islands are an important breeding ground for the red-billed tropical bird, the white-breasted cormorant, as well as the bridled tern.
The islands are also known for their diverse plant life and fish.
Îles de la Madeleine National Park was submitted in 2005 to the UNESCO Tentative List in Senegal as part of Îles de la Madeleine National Park.
