Cultural Space of the Bedu in Petra and Wadi Rum

This cultural space includes the Bedouin communities living in the highlands and semi-arid deserts in the southern part of Jordan, especially near Petra and Wadi Rum, where the Bedouin communities inhabiting this region preserve the traditional pastoral culture and skills related to it, such as knowledge related to plants and animals in The region, traditional medicine, camel husbandry, tent-making, tracing and climbing skills, as well as other rich cultural forms such as myths, poetry, folk tales and songs that are closely related to particular places and the history of these societies.
