Fort Pitt, also known as Fort Pitt Provincial Park, is a Provincial Historic Park and was once a historic Hudson’s Bay Company trading post located along the North Saskatchewan River in what is now Saskatchewan, Canada. It was established in 1830 AD to facilitate trade with the Cree and other Indigenous nations in the region. The fort played a notable role during the North-West Resistance of 1885 AD, when it was besieged by Cree warriors and ultimately abandoned by the North-West Mounted Police
