Carleton Martello Tower
Carleton Martello Tower is a historic military fortification located in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. Built by the British between 1813 AD and 1815 AD during the War of 1812, it was designed to defend the city and its harbor from potential American attacks. Constructed in the traditional Martello tower style, it features thick stone walls, a circular design, and a strategic hilltop location.
