    Fort Beauséjour is a historic French military fort located near Sackville, New Brunswick, Canada. It was built in 1751 AD by the French to defend their Acadian territory and counter British expansion in the region. The fort played a key role during the French and Indian War but fell to British forces in 1755 AD and was renamed Fort Cumberland.
