Madrasa Ennakhla
Madrasa Ennakhla is a historical Islamic school from the Ottoman era located near the Al-Zaytuna Mosque in the Tunisian capital, Tunis. The madrasa, which was founded in 1714 AD by Al-Husayn I ibn Ali, the founder of the Husainid Dynasty, is named after the palm tree at the center of its courtyard. Madrasa Ennakhla was renovated in 1979 and inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of Medina of Tunis.
