Little Hagia Sophia Mosque is a historic mosque located in Istanbul, Turkey. It was formerly the church of the Saints Sergius and Bacchus which was built by Byzantine emperor Justinian I in the 6th century AD. The church was converted into a mosque during the Ottoman Empire. Little Hagia Sophia Mosque was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985 as part of Historic Areas of Istanbul.
