Talila Reserve
Talila Reserve is a wildlife reserve located in the Syrian Desert, to the east of the city of Palmyra in Syria. The reserve aims to resettle some of the wild animals that have become extinct from the Syrian Desert within their natural environments, especially the Arabian Oryx and the Dorcas gazelle.
There are also many animal species in the reserve, such as wild rabbit, jackal, wolf, fox, hyena, and wild cat, in addition to reptiles and birds, the most important of which is the endangered Northern bald ibis.
