    Sultan al-Muayyad Mosque is a historic mosque located next to Bab Zuwayla in Cairo, Egypt. It was built by the Mamluk sultan Al-Mu'ayyad Sayf ad-Din between 1415-1421 AD. The mosque was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 as part of Historic Cairo.
    The site is one of the elements that make up the UNESCO World Heritage site, Historic Cairo.
