    Port Refuge is an archaeological site located off the south coast of Grinnell Peninsula on Devon Island in Nunavut, Canada. It showcases evidence of human occupation spanning the last 4000 years, including Paleo-Eskimo and Pre-Dorset cultures, with the earliest evidence dating back to 2000 BC from the Independence I culture. Notably, the site contains a Thule winter village with evidence of trade with Norse Greenland, dating from 1200 to 1500 AD.
