    Chinlac is the old site of a former Dakelh village located on the west bank of the Stuart River in northeastern British Columbia, Canada. The site is believed to be one of the major Carrier settlements. (The Dakelh, also known as Carrier, represent the indigenous people of a vast section of British Columbia's Central Interior).
