    Farkya is a village located in the northern part of Syria. The village contains many Roman-Byzantine ruins which include Roman tombs and a Byzantine church. The site was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of Ancient Villages of Northern Syria in 2011.
    The site is one of the elements that make up the UNESCO World Heritage site, Ancient Villages of Northern Syria.
