Byblos Castle, also Castle of Gibelet, is a historical castle located in Byblos in the Mount Lebanon Governorate. The castle was built by the Crusaders in the 12th century AD over the ruins of a Roman structure. It was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984 as part of Byblos.
