Al-Salih Tala’i Mosque
Al-Salih Tala’i Mosque is a historic mosque located outside the southern entrance to the old walled city of Cairo, Egypt. It was built by the vizier Tala'i ibn Ruzzik in 1160 AD under the rule of the last Fatimid caliph Al-Adid. The mosque was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 as part of Historic Cairo.
The site is one of the elements that make up the UNESCO World Heritage site, Historic Cairo.
