Thubursicum, ancient Thubursicum Numidarum, now Khemissa, is an Ancient Roman and Byzantine archeological site north-eastern Algeria. It was founded by the Emperor Trajan around 100 AD. The site includes a group of Roman and Byzantine monuments.
