    Sidon Sea Castle is a historic castle located in the city of Sidon in the South Governorate of Lebanon. It was built by the Crusaders in 1228 AD on the site of an ancient Phoenician temple dedicated to Melqart. The castle was later restored during the Islamic period.
    The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, Historic Center of Saida.
