Luxor Temple is a large Ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the city today known as Luxor, Egypt. The Temple was constructed approximately in 1400 BC. Luxor Temple was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 as part of Ancient Thebes with its Necropolis.
