Kasbah Amridil
Kasbah Amridil is a historic kasbah or fortified residence located in the oasis of Skoura, in Drâa-Tafilalet, Morocco. It is regarded as one of the most remarkable kasbahs of its type in Morocco. The kasbah was built in the 17th century as a fortified village positioned strategically by a river and near the Skoura palmeraie. By the late 19th century, it was enhanced when Madani El Glaoui commissioned a fortified mansion for M'hamed Ben Brahim Nasiri, a local religious teacher, in gratitude for educating his sons. To this day, the Kasbah is still operated by the Nasiri family.
