Kasbah of Chefchaouen is a historic Kasbah (Fort) located in Chefchaouen city in Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima in northwest Morocco. It was built in 1471 AD by Moulay Ali ibn Rashid al-Alami, an Idrisid and descendant of Sufi saint Abd as-Salam ibn Mashish al-Alami.
