Jebel Tukyi Rock Shelter is a prehistoric archaeological site located approximately 1.5 km southwest of Lui in Western Equatoria, South Sudan. The shelter was first occupied during the first millennium BC by Late Stone Age communities who practiced hunting and cattle herding. Archaeological excavations uncovered stone tools, animal remains, and pottery decorated with comb impressions, providing evidence of early pastoral activities in the region. Following a period of abandonment, the shelter was reoccupied during the Later Iron Age, with discoveries of pottery decorated with impressed fibre patterns and traces of ironworking.
