Dahab is a small town located on the southeast coast of the Sinai Peninsula in South Sinai Governorate, Egypt. The ruins include a Lighthouse and a Byzantine fort dating back to the 5th century AD.
The site is included on the UNESCO Tentative List under the official name, Dahab.
