Rodoni Castle

Rodoni Castle, also Castle of Rodon or Skanderbeg Castle, is a castle located on the Cape of Rodon, Durrës County, Albaina. It was built by Skanderbeg between 1450 -1452 AD. The castle was destroyed by Ottoman forces in 1467 AD following the Siege of Krujë. In 1500 AD the castle was rebuilt by the Republic of Venice.
