    Béni Abbès, also known as the Pearl of the Saoura and the White Oasis, is a historic oasis town located in Béchar Province, western Algeria. With a history dating back several centuries, the town developed as an important center of settlement, spirituality, and caravan trade within the Saoura Valley, distinguished by its palm groves and traditional Saharan architecture.
    The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, The Saoura Cultural Park.
