    Ksar of Taghit is a historical fortified village located in Béchar Province, Algeria. The history of the village dates back to the 11th century AD, as it was a destination for many tribes throughout its long history.
    The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, The foggaras oasis and ksour of the Grand Erg Occidental.
