Tell Sa’ad, Dilmun Town
Tell Sa’ad is an archaeological site located in Failaka Island, Kuwait. It represents a major Dilmun-period settlement dating to the late 3rd millennium BC, with mud-and-stone houses, small rooms, ovens, wells, and pottery kilns. The site reflects organized domestic life and strong cultural connections with Dilmun centers in Bahrain.
The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, Failaka Island: A Palimpsest of Human Civilizations.
