    Özkonak Underground City is an ancient city built into the northern slopes of Mt. Idis in Nevşehir Province, Turkey. The city was probably built by the people of Byzantine Cappadocia in the 5th or 6th century AD.
    The site is one of the elements that make up the UNESCO World Heritage site, Göreme National Park and the Rock Sites of Cappadocia.
