Native Point
Native Point, located on Southampton Island's Bell Peninsula in Nunavut, Canada, is the site of an ancient Sadlermiut settlement, abandoned after a tragic epidemic between 1902-1903. This archaeological site, known as "T1," is the largest Sadlermiut site on the island, revealing chipped stone tools, shamanistic artifacts, and multiple burials that chronicle the community's history and cultural practices.
