Kasbah of Bejaia is an old fort located in the Mediterranean port city of Bejaia, Algeria. It was built during the Almohad Caliphate times in 1154 AD and was later restored by Spaniards in 1510 AD. The Kasbah of Bejaia played an important role in the transfer of knowledge during the Middle Ages.
