Jeddah Refinery is a crude oil refinery located in southern Jeddah in Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia. It was established in 1952 by ARAMCO, and it covers 180 ha with refining facilities, tanks, and a lubricants zone. Post-1985, the refinery downsized, aligning with sector changes and the development of a new industrial zone and terminal in Yanbu. It was recently decommissioned and partially converted into an industrial area.
The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, The Oil Industrial Heritage in Saudi Arabia.
