Harem Castle

Harem Castle is an old military castle located in Harem in northwest Syria. The castle was originally Byzantine and was built by Nicephorus shortly after 959 AD. In 1097 it was taken by the Crusaders who kept it till its fallen to Nur Al Din Zengi in 1149 AD.
