Eliyahu Hanavi Synagogue

Eliyahu Hanavi Synagogue is a Jewish synagogue located in the Nabi Daniel Street, Alexandria, Egypt. The oldest synagogue on the site was built in 1354 AD, but it was destroyed in 1798 during the French campaign in Egypt . The synagogue was rebuilt in 1850 with the contribution from Muhammad Ali Dynasty. The synagogue was closed in 2012 and then rededicated in 2020.
