    Bursa, ancient Prusa, is a large city and the administrative center of Bursa Province, Turkey. It was originally founded by Prusias I of Bithynia in 183 BC. In 1326 AD The city became the first major capital city of the early Ottoman Empire following its capture from the Byzantines. Bursa was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014 as part of Bursa and Cumalıkızık: the Birth of the Ottoman Empire.
    The site is one of the elements that make up the UNESCO World Heritage site, Bursa and Cumalıkızık: the Birth of the Ottoman Empire.
