    Bab Musa Gate is one of the historic gates of the old city of Taiz, Yemen. The gate formed part of the city’s defensive walls and served as an important entrance to the city. It was constructed during the Rasulid period in the 13th century AD, when Taiz developed as a major political and commercial Centre in Yemen.
    The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, The landmarks of Ta’iz City.
