    Anthedon harbor was a Hellenistic city and harbor located near Gaza in Palestine. It was inhabited from the Mycenaean era to the early Byzantine age, and reached its climax during the Hellenistic period when it became an independent city under the name Anthedon.
    The site is included on the UNESCO Tentative List under the official name, Anthedon Harbour.
