Ahrida Synagogue is a historical and oldest synagogue in Istanbul, Turkey. It was built in the 15th century AD by the Romaniote Jews, a Greek-speaking ethnic Jewish community native to the Eastern Mediterranean. The synagogue building was completely renovated in 1992 AD.
