Daallo Mountain National Park is a national park located in the Sanaag region of northern Somalia (Somaliland). Daallo Mountain National Park is an example of unspoiled wilderness, consisting of a dense forest spread over a limestone and gypsum escarpment near the base of Mount Shimbiris, the highest peak in Somaliland (2,460 m).
The park is distinguished by its great importance in terms of vegetation, as some trees in it are estimated to be more than 1,000 years old, and there are many plants of medicinal importance.
