Sultantepe is an archaeological tell or mound that considered to be a Late Assyrian archeological site at the edge of the Neo-Assyrian empire. It is located now in Şanlıurfa Province, Turkey. Excavations have revealed an Assyrian city dating back to the 1st millennium BC.
