Segermes or Henchir Harat is an ancient ruined town located in Zaghouan Governorate, Tunisia. The town witnessed several successive civilizations from the Carthaginians and Romans to the Byzantines. The ruins include a Forum, two churches, two old tombs and several large water reservoirs and water channels.
