Nashaq
Nashaq or Nashq (Kharbat Al-Bayda) is an archaeological site located in Al Jawf Governorate, Yemen. The site was an important northern city of the Kingdom of Maʿin (Minaean Kingdom) and is mentioned in several ancient South Arabian inscriptions. Archaeological remains include a circular stone wall, towers, temples, and numerous inscriptions that document the city's role in regional trade and its connections with other areas of the ancient Arabian world.
The site is one of the elements included in the UNESCO Tentative List for World Heritage designation, Old Incense Trade Routes.Elevation: 1160 m
