Lower Bethlemi Church, also known as the Church of Saint Stepanos of the Holy Virgins, is an old church located at the foot of Narikala fortress in Old Tbilisi, Georgia. It was built between 1868 and 1870 AD on the site of an older one. The church is operated today as an Armenian church.
