Gird-î Qalrakh
Gird-î Qalrakh is an archeological site located in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Iraq. It is a multi-layered tell that preserves evidence of long-term human occupation from the Bronze Age through later historical periods, including Neo-Assyrian, Sasanian, and Islamic phases. Excavations have revealed substantial architectural remains and material culture that shed light on settlement organization, economy, and regional connections in the Shahrizor Plain.
