Ghirza
Ghirza is the modern name of an ancient city of times Roman. It is located in Misrata District, Libya. The best-preserved remains belong to two necropolis, north and south, with mausoleums richly decorated in a style that mixes elements of Roman and indigenous people.
The site is included on the UNESCO Tentative List under the official name, Archaeological Site of Ghirza.
