El Kala Fort
El Kala Fort, or Le Fort du Moulin (Fort of the Mill) is a historical fort located in the city of El Kala in El Taref Province, Algeria. The fort dates back to the 17th century AD during the Ottoman era. With the arrival of the French in the region, they expanded and fortified the fort to protect their commercial interests in eastern Algeria.
