Dorëz Castle is a ruined castle located near Dorëz village in Tirana County, Albania. The history of the castle went through three main phases, as the oldest fortifications on the site date back to the 9th century BC, while the second stage dates back to the Hellenistic period when the castle was expanded and fortified. Archeological excavations indicated that the castle was inhabited during the Roman and Byzantine periods until the 6th century AD.
