Burj Heidar, Burj Haydar, also known as Kafr Kira, is an ancient Byzantine settlement located in Jebal Semaan region in Aleppo Governorate, Syria. The site has many half-ruined Christian structures dating back to the fourth and sixth centuries. It was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of Ancient Villages of Northern Syria in 2011.
