Brooman Point Village, located in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada, is a significant archaeological site that showcases the coexistence and transition between the Late Dorset and Early Thule cultures. Situated on Bathurst Island, this abandoned village reveals a rich history through its longhouses and artifacts, including a large collection of Dorset carvings. Traces of Palaeo-Eskimo occupations from about 2000 BC to 1 AD and a major Thule settlement from 900 to 1200 AD highlight the area's historical importance.
